6月5日，2023年六五国际环境日国家主场活动在山东济南举办。今年环境日的主题为“建设人与自然和谐共生的现代化”，大众日报联合江苏Now国际传播中心、江西国际传播中心、湖北国际传播中心、海南国际传播中心、四川国际传播中心、贵州国际传播中心、济南国际传播中心、浙江日报、长城新媒体集团、河南日报社顶端新闻等共同推出“美丽中国连连看”联动报道，通过各媒体海外账号平台，向世界展示美丽中国建设的生动场景，讲述中国生态环境保护故事，推动“人与自然和谐共生”更加深入人心。
Themed “Building a Modern Civilization of Harmonious Coexistence between Human and Nature”, the National Observance of World Environment Day 2023 will be held in Jinan, Shandong on June 5. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Shandong has witnessed significant improvements in terms of ecological environment, as the sky is getting bluer and waster cleaner, presenting a picturesque painting of nature. In 2022, the ecological environment quality in Shandong achieved new breakthroughs, reaching the best level since monitoring records again.
